Customer Support Automation SpecialistJob Title: EIR – Customer Support StrategyRole Overview:Transform customer success from a support function to an AI-enabled system by building processes, automation, and playbooks.Use AI to automate emails/calls, power agent-assist, and enable self-serve across channels.The ideal candidate is experienced in build AI first products and workflows and has strong knowledge of the latest developments in customer support.
