Identify customers' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly andefficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.5. Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.6. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.7. Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.Requirements:1. Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.2. Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems.4. Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills.5. Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.6.
