Job Title: Moulding Contractor

**Job Description**:
We are looking for skilled individuals to join our team as Moulding Contractor and Moulding Labourers. In this role, you will be responsible for working with moulds to create various products for our manufacturing operations. Your duties will include setting up moulding equipment, operating machinery, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. As a contractor, you will also be responsible for overseeing projects and coordinating labourers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

**Responsibilities**:
Moulding Contractor:
Oversee moulding projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed according to project requirements and timelines.

Coordinate with clients and project managers to understand project specifications and objectives.

Plan and schedule labour and equipment needed for each project.

Supervise moulding labourers to ensure they are following safety protocols and adhering to quality standards.

Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the moulding process and implement effective solutions.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Maintain accurate records of project expenses, labour hours, and materials used.

Conduct regular inspections of moulding equipment and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
