**Job Summary**

We require a Full-Time Account Assistant to work with our Head Accountant for our complete accounting needs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Making Tax Invoices, eWay bills, Delivery Challans etc.
- Maintain record of transactions / accounts of vendors, suppliers, sub contractors and labour contractors
- Document financial transactions & Bookkeeping
- Assist with payments to various parties
- Keep track of accounts receivables and payables
- Travel to work sites to collect data such as purchase invoices, accounts of subcontractors etc.

**Key Skills**
- To be proficient in Accounting Software - Tally, GST Return preparation, Invoicing including eWay Bills etc.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years experience required as an account assistant
- Familiar with GST & Income Tax compliances
