Full Stack Java Developer Trainer

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach Full Stack Development with Java:

- Conduct training sessions on backend development with Java (Spring, REST APIs, etc.) and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like Angular or React).
- Break down complex topics into simple, understandable concepts for learners of all levels.

2. Develop and Update Course Content:

- Create and maintain lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Design real-world projects to give learners hands-on experience in full stack Java development.

3. Provide Hands-On Guidance:

- Assist learners with setting up their development environment, writing code, debugging, and troubleshooting.

4. Assess and Support Progress:

- Prepare quizzes, assignments, and projects to track learner progress.
- Offer feedback and support to ensure learners are confident in their skills.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring framework, and frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Experience with full stack development and related tools (e.g., Git, databases, deployment).
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a supportive attitude toward helping others learn.

Working Environment:
Combination of classroom or online teaching with hands-on labs and coding projects.
