**Job Title: Back Office Coordinator**

**Location**: Pardi/Vapi
**Gender**: Female
**Qualification**: Graduate in any stream
**Experience**: 1-3 years
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
**Week Off**: Sunday

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily back-office operations and data entry tasks.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments and assist the front office or management team.
- Support in billing, purchase, and vendor coordination work.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative processes.

**Key Skills**:

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and multitasking capability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
