- For QC of MMIPL Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of wax patterns, ceramic molds, castings, and finished products.
- Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as X-ray, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.
- Carry out metallurgical testing such as hardness tests, tensile strength tests, and chemical composition analysis.
- Inspect the surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and mechanical properties to ensure conformance to technical specifications.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects such as shrinkage, porosity, or misruns.
- Collaborate with production teams to investigate the root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in developing process improvements to minimize defects and enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test outcomes, and any non-conformances.
- Prepare reports outlining findings, quality metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO or other quality management system standards (e.g., AS9100 for aerospace casting).
- Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes aligned with industry standards (e.g., aerospace, automotive, medical devices).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in an investment casting or precision manufacturing environment.
- Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) and metallurgical analysis is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and optical comparators.
