**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:
Minimum 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in Business/Non-Tech hiring for Corporate functions.

Proficiency in sourcing via job boards, social media, recruitment marketing tools, and HRIS platforms.

Knowledge of diverse selection methods and recruiting best practices.
