- Manage end to end Talent Acquisition process i.e. right from Requisition state to Joining.

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.

- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to onboard and integrate new hires effectively.

- Work on projects, re-engineering of process and bring innovative solutions to the challenges
