A Tata Motors Sales Executive is responsible for selling new vehicles and achieving customer satisfaction and volume targets. They build customer relationships, assist with vehicle needs and financing, and potentially manage a sales team. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Selling Vehicles**: Drive sales by actively engaging with potential customers, presenting vehicle options, and negotiating deals.
- **Building Customer Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
- **Meeting Sales Targets**: Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales prospects.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tata Motors vehicles, including features, benefits, and competitive offerings.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Effectively negotiate deals and close sales.
- **Team Management (for some roles)**: Lead and manage a sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
