**Production Support for Pune - 24/7 Support on Rotational Basis (2 to 6 Years Experience)**

**About this Team**:
You will be part of the GDS/ASP Operations team, who work within Hosting and Managed Services.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Providing technical support for a software production processing environment.
- Detecting, diagnosing, and reporting problems.
- Providing technical assistance to programming staff.
- Consulting with internal users on software capabilities and use.
- Following escalation procedures to resolve incidents, problems, or known errors.
- Using diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve issues.
- Assisting development teams in requirements definition, design, and project delivery.
- Verifying technical specifications for development projects.
- Acting as a project liaison and advocate for services delivery.
- Assisting with the development of communications related to incidents, problems, or known errors.
- Conducting production support validations and certifications.

**What You Bring**:

- Expertise in IBM I-series (AS400) with 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and global support for AS400 platform.
- Ability to manage AS400 users for clients.
- Understanding of data restoration in AS400.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
