**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement efficient inventory tracking systems.
- **ERP Systems**:

- Utilize SAP/Oracle ERP systems for inventory planning and control.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and proper storage.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and processes for efficient operations.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Analyze stock movement trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- **Compliance and Coordination**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and warehouse management best practices.
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and operations teams for smooth supply chain management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Graduation or above.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the supermarket or hypermarket sector.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of warehouse management practices.
