Preparing text and graphics for final production using desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Adobe Illustrator
- Creating and formatting documents such as brochures, flyers, manuals, and books according to specific guidelines and client requirements
- Checking and proofreading documents for grammar, punctuation, and typographical errors
- Collaborating with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure that final documents meet the highest standards of quality
- Managing and maintaining digital files, including images and graphics
- Ensuring that all documents are properly formatted and meet the required technical standards for print or digital distribution
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the DTP process
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and new techniques in DTP
- Participating in project planning and management
- Meeting tight deadlines and working on multiple projects simultaneously

**The qualifications**
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in DTP and desktop publishing software
- Strong skills in software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Strong understanding of file formats, resolution, and color modes
- Strong understanding of pre-press and print production processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit documents
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong team-working skills and ability to work effectively with designers, writers, and other team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of web design and digital formats
- Strong understanding of accessibility and web standards
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing and advertising principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
