**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaboration with R&D Department:

- Work in tandem with the R&D team to create, edit, and format educational content, including textbooks, worksheets, presentations, and research documents.
- Incorporate feedback from R&D to ensure designs meet project specifications and educational standards.

**Design and Layout**:

- Use DTP software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator) to design layouts for print and digital media.
- Prepare visually appealing and error-free documents, ensuring consistency in typography, graphics, and formatting.

**Content Production**:

- Convert raw text, images, and data into polished, publication-ready materials.
- Handle pre-press tasks, such as proofreading, file optimization, and ensuring print-ready outputs.

**Technical Support**:

- Troubleshoot formatting or software-related issues during content development.
- Maintain an organized digital archive of all project files for easy access and future reference.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Review final outputs to ensure accuracy, alignment with branding guidelines, and compliance with project deadlines.
- Make revisions as needed based on team inputs or quality checks.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role, preferably in educational publishing or content development.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in DTP software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of pre-press processes, file formats (PDF, EPS), and print production standards.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and typography.

**Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).

**Other Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the R&D team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Environment**:

- The DTP Operator will be based at Unicent EduServe LLP’s office in Saradanagar Colony, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad.
- The role involves close coordination with the R&D Department, requiring both independent and collaborative work.
- Standard office hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with flexibility to meet project deadlines as needed.
