**Job Summary**
The Admin cum Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring smooth front office operations while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks in a manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees courteously.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
**Administrative Support**
- Handle documentation, filing, scanning, and data entry work.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist HR/Admin department in organizing meetings, travel, and event coordination.
- Maintain attendance records and assist in timekeeping processes.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
**Record Management**
- Keep updated records of staff, assets, and compliance documents.
- Maintain records for statutory notices and factory communications.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com, BBA, or BA).
- **Experience**: 3-8 years in similar roles; manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-organized and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties independently
**Working Conditions**:
- 6 days working

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
