About the Role: We are looking for a presentable, well-spoken, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the face of our organization. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Manage incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in basic administrative tasks Support the Admin work daily office operations Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum Qualification: HSC/Graduate 0–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi) Must be presentable, polite, and professional Good organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and under pressure More information about this Receptionist JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Receptionist jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Receptionist job position?
