Admin Executive

**Office Management**:
- Manage administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical staff.
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and conducive work environment.
**Administrative Operations**:
- Implement efficient administrative systems and processes.
- Streamline communication and information flow within the organization.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
**Coordination and Communication**:
- Coordinate with various departments - internal to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Act as a liaison between company and outside government authorities like PF, ESIC, MIDC, MPCB, etc. Handle end to end documentation related to coordination.
**Travel Management**:
- Manage travel portals, its functioning in detail like user on-boarding, training, booking approvals, invoice checking, technical solution.
- Assist Admin head in travel and accommodations for organisation level event arrangements.
**Event Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
**Record Keeping**:
- Assist Admin Head in Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems.
- PF & ESIC filing.
- New joinee, exits, advance claim processing etc.
- PT filling
All company level license renewal documentation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
