We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Field View Implementation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the implementation and optimization of Field View, a cutting-edge platform designed to enhance project management efficiency and data accuracy in the field. You will collaborate closely with project managers, the IT department, and other stakeholders to oversee the deployment of Field View solutions that meet our organizational needs. Your expertise will guide users through the functionality and complexities of the system, ensuring smooth transitions and effective utilization. As an SME, you will conduct training sessions, create documentation, and provide ongoing support to our users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, your strategic input will help us identify opportunities to leverage Field View for better decision-making and operational efficiencies. **Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation of Field View, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and end-users throughout all phases of the Field View implementation.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for staff to enhance their understanding and use of Field View tools and features.
- Create, maintain, and update user documentation, training materials, and best practice guides related to Field View usage.
- Collaborate with IT and project stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that optimize Field View functionality.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Field View-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Field View software or similar project management tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective training sessions and create comprehensive user documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering efficient and innovative solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and projects.
