**Job Title: Nexthink Implementation SME**
**Location: Mumbai/Pune**
**Experience: 10+years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather requirements from customers and design Nexthink architecture.
- Prepare and execute Nexthink implementation and deployment plans.
- Manage Nexthink appliances via Linux command line.
- Create and maintain Nexthink process documentation.
- Develop and execute Nexthink test cases.
- Coordinate with client SMEs for implementation, testing, and deployment sign-off.
- Collaborate with network, AD, SCCM, datacenter, and Wintel teams to address project dependencies.
- Deploy Nexthink operational configurations such as investigations, alerts, dashboards, hierarchy, services, and categories.
- Create scripts in PowerShell for Nexthink Act modules.
- Lead a team of BAU consultants/engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Review project plans and progress, and participate in program and project review meetings.
- Ensure deliverables are met on time and manage overall reporting and technical documentation needs.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Strong knowledge of Nexthink concepts, architecture, and operational configurations.
- Proficiency in Windows 7/8/10 operating systems.
- Experience in desktop support operations at L1 and L2 levels and incident management.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and SCCM deployment.
- Good customer orientation and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with deployment tools such as SCCM, MDT, and Altiris.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers.
- Understanding of networking concepts.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage both onsite and offshore teams.

- Nexthink Basic or Professional Certified
