Job Description: Field Executive (Housekeeping, Security, Automobile & Manpower Management)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Housekeeping Supervision**: Manage and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas, including office spaces, commercial buildings, or residential properties in Faridabad. Lead and supervise housekeeping teams to meet quality standards.
- **Security Operations**: Oversee the deployment and performance of security personnel at various Faridabad locations. Ensure security staff are trained, follow SOPs, and ensure the safety of all properties.
- **Automobile Maintenance**: Supervise and ensure proper maintenance, servicing, and repair of company vehicles, ensuring they are operational and available as needed for business operations in Faridabad.
- **Manpower Coordination**: Manage and ensure adequate manpower deployment for housekeeping, security, and automobile services across all sites in Faridabad. Coordinate with HR for hiring and placement of new staff as per operational demands.
- **Welding/Fitting Services**: Oversee or coordinate manpower for welding and fitting work if required, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and safely.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the point of contact for clients. Address and resolve any service-related concerns. Ensure services meet or exceed client expectations.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an accurate record of inventory (cleaning supplies, security devices, automobile parts) across sites. Ensure all materials are replenished as needed.
- **Staff Training & Development**: Provide training to new staff and ensure ongoing skill development for existing employees. Keep the team updated on health and safety practices, security protocols, and operational standards.
- **Compliance & Reporting**: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Maintain detailed records of services, staff attendance, and other relevant operational data. Regularly report to senior management.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role (Field Executive, Supervisor, or Manager) in facilities management, security, housekeeping, or automobile services.
- **Leadership & Management**: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to supervise, guide, and motivate a team.
- **Manpower Management**: Experience in managing a workforce efficiently, ensuring proper staffing and shift scheduling.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of automobile maintenance and familiarity with welding/fitting services is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff at all levels.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve operational issues swiftly and effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by the business.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
