**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and implement a unified marketing vision across study abroad, retail, and restaurant divisions.
- Collaborate with C-suite leaders to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team, ensuring high performance and cross-functional synergy.

2. **Sector-Specific Marketing Oversight**

**Study Abroad**
- Oversee global marketing campaigns targeting students and parents.
- Manage partnerships with education consultants, universities, and influencers.
- Lead content, SEO/SEM, and digital lead-generation efforts.

**Retail**
- Drive omni-channel marketing strategies (online & in-store).
- Manage seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches, and CRM programs.
- Leverage data analytics for personalized customer engagement.

**Restaurant**
- Build brand identity and local store marketing plans.
- Oversee digital ordering, loyalty programs, and food delivery partnerships.
- Manage PR, social media, and experiential marketing events.

3. **Brand Development & Storytelling**
- Craft compelling brand narratives for each business unit.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and customer experience across channels.

4. **Digital & Performance Marketing**
- Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention.
- Introduce and optimize Martech tools and platforms.

5. **Customer Experience & Insights**
- Use data and research to drive customer-centric strategies.
- Champion voice-of-customer programs and NPS improvements.

6. **Budget & ROI Management**
- Oversee the marketing budget across all sectors.
- Ensure high ROI through data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably across at least two of the three sectors: education, retail, food & beverage.
- Deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align marketing with sales and operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
- Experience with international marketing preferred (especially for study abroad).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹20,559.27 - ₹103,273.82 per month
