**Responsibilities**:
1. should have good technical knowledge of industrial machineries & spare parts
2. Customer services back-office work
2. Maintaining customer complaint log and allocation to the field engineer
3. Close looping of the customer complaint
4. Understanding customer issue and resolve the same.
4. Managing customer communication platform
5. Responsible for Customer satisfaction
6. Management of store
7. Store stock management of spares parts
8. Ensuring stock availability as per the requirement and forecast.
9. Efficient communication skills
Job requirements
1. Communication skills
2. Language: Hindi, English & Gujarati
3. Knowledge of Technical spare parts.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
