Job Title: Inbound Voice Analyst—US Process

Location: Chandigarh

**Salary**: Up to ₹23,000/month

As a Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Voice Process, you will handle customer inquiries and focus on sales and upselling. Your role involves answering calls, providing information about products and services, addressing concerns, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Upsell products and services.

Handle objections and close sales.

Document interactions in CRM.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

**Requirements**:
Excellent English communication skills.

Customer service and sales experience, preferably in a call center.

Ability to multitask and solve problems.

Flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
