Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (BPO)

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 per month

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve process targets

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (2022 graduates can apply only)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle customer interactions confidently
