**Job Title: International BPO Executive Lead Generation Executive. (No sales No targets)**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with international clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds in a professional manner.
- Utilize effective communication and convincing skills to handle tough clients to generate the leads.
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute positively to team dynamics and success.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep updated with product knowledge and service protocols.
- Draft reports and update the excel with complete and accurate information as required.
- Implement feedback provided by supervisors to improve call quality and overall performance.
