**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Qualification**: Any post graduate with 10 to 15 years experience, preferably worked in Regional roles of any service, supply chain or related industry

ERP, Excel and PPT additional skills

Open to Travel across India.

**KRA’s**
- Establish a strong and stable team at the resorts to carry out the controlling, accounting, and MIS function at the resorts across the region.
- Business partnering with RVPs/GMs and drive profitability at the resorts by analyzing room rates, cost of acquisition, and occupancies across the region.
- Inventory Planning control and verification at the respective resorts is undertaken and signed off by the resort finance lead and ensure minimum wastages of inventory.
- Support the Statutory and Internal Audit teams at the resort and corporate relating to the Resorts Business
- Responsible for efficient R2R process across the region, thru controlling the receivables at resorts and adherence to company credit policy for guest & corporate bookings at the resorts and ensure effective controls and minimise risks.
- Liaison with owners of Leased Resorts and Managed Resorts and set up a cordial relationship with the finance team and provide periodic reconciliations and settlements.
- Project planning and execution of expansion requirements of the company, especially in the resorts vertical. Expansion could include expansion of rooms in current resorts, or greenfield projects, modification of existing rooms in our resorts. This would involve Capex Budgeting, ROI and other KPI’s.
- Support the destinations & sourcing team in contracting new resort properties, with estimates, returns, ROI and other deliverables during pre-go live.
- Play an active Project Lead Role in implementing the new PMS solution for resorts.
- Work closely with the HR teams, Purchase, Tax, and other cross functional members at corporate and carry out their objectives at the resorts.
- Develop analytical tools to be used to assess cost saving opportunities within various spend categories considering product costs and service costs.
- Development of staff (training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution)
