Our seasoned leadership and dedicated global team of more than 2,500 is focused on shaping an exciting future for ZimVie — we hope you’ll consider being a part of it **Job Summary**: The primary objectives of this role is to lead the country’s accounting operations and provide financial planning and analysis support to the Regional Assoc Finance Director based in Singapore. This role serves as effective business partner to the Country Manager. Setting the right tone with commercial team as to the importance of financial and business compliance to ZimVie’s processes and policies. Active participation in projects and regional initiatives is crucial. **Responsibilities**: - Provide value added Finance Planning and Analysis including strategic and annual planning, quarterly projections and forecasting. Country P&L management including revenue, operating profit and cash flow. - Manage financial and management reporting process for India entity. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, effective audit and tax management in accordance with the local GAAP, US GAAP and ZB policies. - Ensure payment process is in accordance to the ZimVie’s policies. Educate commercial leadership and set the tone of the importance of financial compliance. - Improve credit control and effective management of treasury activities. - Involve in projects related to business development and improvement of finance processes. - Participate in standardization of regional reporting and serve as the backup for other finance controllers in the region on an ad hoc basis This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of this job description. Other tasks and projects may be required as may arise from time to time. **Job Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance - At least 8 years’ in Finance & Accounting field with managerial experience - Working experience with healthcare company or MNC is preferred - Possess professional certification is an added advantage - Strong in accounting, analytical and problem solving skills - Have experience in people management and strong in influencing and interpersonal skills - Takes initiative and is assertive - Result driven, with high business ethics and value ZimVie is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
