They are seeking a Finance Controller to join their HQ in Mumbai and contribute to their financial excellence.Job DescriptionManage and oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and forecasts.Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.Supervise the accounting team and ensure adherence to best practices in financial management.Monitor and control budgets to optimise costs and resources.Analyse financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes effectively.Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the leadership level.The Successful ApplicantA successful Finance Controller should have:Qualified CA with at least 14 years of experience in a listed IT, ITeS company.Proven expertise in financial accounting, financial planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory Compliance requirements.Experience in managing teams and driving performance in financial functions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial software and tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially in the technology sector.
