**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**

**Location**: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

**Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Address user inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly, efficiently, and professionally, striving to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop in-depth knowledge of the Utsav Appplatform to effectively assist users and resolve their concerns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues using our customer support system.
- **Feedback Handling**: Gather user feedback and insights, sharing them with the relevant teams for continuous improvement of our platform.
- **Educational Support**: Provide information and guidance to users about the religious services, rituals, and processes available on our platform.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English and preferably other regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathetic and patient attitude toward customer inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of the Utsav App platform and its services.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends, as customer support may be required round the clock.
- Previous customer service or support experience is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,259.70 - ₹30,232.93 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

Ability to Relocate:
