Job Title: Loan Officer

Department: Lending/Finance

Reports To: Branch Manager or Loan Manager

Location: Surat

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Loan Origination & Processing:
Interview loan applicants to understand their financial needs.

Collect and review financial documents to determine creditworthiness.

Explain different loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms.

Loan Evaluation & Approval:
Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and risk level.

Work with underwriting teams to process loans efficiently.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Provide guidance to clients on loan options and financial planning.

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, addressing concerns and inquiries.

Follow up on loan status and ensure a smooth lending experience.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all loans comply with federal and state regulations.

Keep updated on industry regulations and lending best practices.

Sales & Business Development:
Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing.

Promote loan products and generate leads.

Work closely with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lending, banking, or financial services (entry-level positions may be available).

Licensing: Must obtain the required mortgage or loan licensing (if applicable in your region).

**Skills**:Strong financial analysis and decision-making skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Sales and negotiation ability.

Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of lending regulations and credit risk analysis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
