**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and enforce safety standards, procedures, and regulations specific to paint shop operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the paint shop and related facilities.

Identify potential hazards (e.g., flammable materials, ventilation issues, PPE non-compliance) and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials, especially paints, thinners, solvents, and compressed gases.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure availability and compliance.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs focused on chemical handling, fire prevention, confined space entry, and emergency response.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain up-to-date safety documentation, including MSDS/SDS, permits, risk assessments, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance, production, and environmental teams to support safe and efficient paint shop operations.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, local environmental and fire codes, and other relevant regulatory bodies.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma /ITI / B.E & Safety certificate is mandatory either Diploma or Nebosh
- One or two years experience in an industrial safety role, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing paint operations.
- Strong knowledge of industrial painting processes, hazardous materials, ventilation systems, and fire safety.
- Familiarity with risk assessment tools and incident investigation techniques.
