Ex- Serviceman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Control **entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and visitors**.
- Monitor **material in/out** movement with gate pass verification.
- Oversee **CCTV, access control**, and **surveillance systems**.
- Conduct **firefighting drills** and ensure fire safety compliance.
- Train and guide security guards on **discipline and emergency handling**.
- Ensure site **safety protocols** are followed at all times.
- Maintain **security registers**, visitor logs, and incident reports.
- Perform routine **patrolling**, checks, and risk assessments.
- Respond to **emergencies** and coordinate with local authorities.
- Support HR/Admin in **training & development** of the security team.
- Ensure overall **order, discipline, and asset protection** on premises.

**Requirements**:

- **Ex-Serviceman** (Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary)
- 20 Years in Armed force & 5 years’ experience in industrial/commercial security
- Knowledge of **safety, fire-fighting, and emergency protocols**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Physically fit and alert
- Ensure overall **order, discipline, and asset protection** on premises.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
