- **Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Providing general support and assistance to our transport management teamOptimization of freight forwarding costs and service typesTracking and tracing of shipments
Floating inquiries and Arranging quotations from multiple Logistics partners or Forwarders, comparing them technically and commercially both, and updating prices in cost sheets accordingly.
Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery scheduleDocuments approval from the buyer side.Proper tracking of the consignments and Updating the buyer's accordingly.Maintain the logistics tracking sheet regularly.
Develop new Logistics Partners or Forwarders, while maintaining relationships with existing Logistics Partners or Forwarders.
Identify logistics income margin improvement opportunities through report monitoring and data analysis
- **Skills and Key Requirements**:
English language level allowing business communication (mandatory)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook
Fluency in Excel (manipulating data, working with databases, statistical and advanced analytical know-how) would be an advantage
