**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and conduct school visits and admission counseling sessions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments through engaging communication.
- Keep updated on school offerings to clearly communicate benefits to parents.
- Generate leads through referrals, outreach activities, and local events.
- Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and generate reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales Head on admissions-related issues and updates.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or business is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in school admissions or counseling.
- **Excellent English, communication, and interpersonal skills.**:

- Presentable, persuasive, and comfortable working with targets.
- Strong organizational and data management abilities.
