**Job Overview**:
The Bar Associate is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all guests by providing exceptional service, preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and assisting with the overall operations of the bar.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Take orders for beverages and food (if applicable) in a timely manner.
- Provide information about the menu, including cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- **Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the bar menu and standard recipes.
- Ensure all drinks are made to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, recipes, and preparation methods.
- **Bar Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, sinks, shelves, and equipment.
- Restock bar inventory, including alcohol, mixers, and other supplies.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol.
- Ensure that guests are of legal drinking age before serving alcoholic beverages.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience.
- Assist other staff members as needed, including servers and hosts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a bartender or bar associate is preferred.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in bartending or hospitality management are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of drink preparation techniques and bar equipment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift heavy items such as kegs and boxes of supplies.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per year
