**Position**: Trademark Associate/Senior Associate

**Location**: Bandra (West), Mumbai

**Department**: Trademark, Copyright, Design Prosecution Practice

**Education**:

- LLB (3-year or 5-year program)

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years in a law firm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct trademark searches and provide search opinions
- Advise on trademark filings and draft responses to examination reports
- Draft notices of opposition, counterstatements, and evidence
- Appear before the Trademarks Registry
- Draft cancellation petitions and conduct due diligence
- Assist senior associates with allied matters

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Highly motivated and capable of working in a high-pressure environment

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of trademark laws and procedures
- Proven experience in handling trademark-related tasks efficiently
