**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Sales Strategy & Target Achievement**:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets for EdTech programs and products.

Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by converting leads into enrollments.

**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online inquiries, marketing campaigns, referrals, and social media outreach.

Proactively reach out to prospective students and parents, initiating conversations about the educational programs offered by the company.

**Consultative Counseling & Sales**:
Provide personalized counseling sessions to students, understanding their educational and career goals.

Recommend suitable EdTech courses or programs that align with the student’s academic needs and career aspirations, ensuring a consultative sales approach.

**Follow-up & Lead Nurturing**:
Follow up with potential leads to provide additional information, address questions, and guide them through the decision-making process.

**Product Knowledge & Presentation**:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the EdTech company’s offerings, including courses, certifications, learning platforms, and study material.

Clearly explain the features, benefits, and outcomes of the programs to prospective students and parents, highlighting the value proposition of each product.

**Handling Objections & Closing Sales**:
Address any concerns or objections raised by students or parents regarding course fees, program content, or career outcomes.

Use persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and close enrollments, ensuring students understand the long-term benefits of the courses.

**Upselling & Cross-selling**:
Identify opportunities to upsell additional courses, certifications, or services based on the student’s needs and academic progression.

Promote advanced programs or related courses that can enhance a student’s learning journey and career prospects.

**Admissions & Enrollment Assistance**:
Provide guidance on available payment plans, financial aid, scholarships, or discounts to make the programs more accessible.
