**Job Description of Project Coordinator**
- **Project Information Management**:
- Collect, manage, and maintain all necessary project information to ensure smooth execution.
- **Site Survey and Planning**:
- Conduct site surveys to gather essential data and insights for effective planning.
- Develop detailed site plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- **Labour Contractor and Vendor Coordination**:
- Finalize the registration of labour contractors and vendors.
- Manage the onboarding process of manpower at the project site.
- **Onboarding and Support**:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of manpower at the project location.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor to address onboarding requirements.
- Act as a point of escalation for any issues, liaising with authorized personnel to resolve problems promptly.
- **Attendance and Deductions Management**:
- Coordinate with the site supervisor to maintain accurate attendance records for labour.
- Record any applicable deductions for labour contractors and compile data.
- Submit attendance and deductions data to HR and the Project Head for billing purposes.
- **Target Allotment and Daily Oversight**:
- Provide clear target allotments to the site supervisor.
- Receive and review daily reports from the site supervisor to track project progress.
- **Reporting and Accountability**:
- Maintain regular communication with the Project Head, providing updates on project milestones, issues, and solutions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
