To support and maintain the existing management information system (MIS).
To analyse business information, identify process improvements, and make current MIS more efficient and consistent.
To generate both periodic and ad-hoc reports, as needed.
To compile daily/weekly/monthly reports and present various generated reports in a user-friendly and easy-to-understand manner.
To liaise with various source data providers like FDOs etc., for extraction of data required for MI generation and to develop good working relationships with multiple data providers
To develop and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements and schedules.
To develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
To help disseminate dashboards, collect field information required for productivity metrics in respective territories.
To maintain and update records with accuracy.
To ensure all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations.
To extract data with the dynamic format upon requests for internal & external needs.
To facilitate critical review and documentation of the proposals and effectively monitor the customer collateral creditworthiness from the pre-sanction to post disbursement phase, undertaking steps for risk mitigation, whenever required, while ensuring adherence to legal documentation norms policies
To do all other activities incidental to it and as communicated by the management.
Contacting customers with overdue accounts
Negotiating payment plans
Ensuring timely recovery of debts
Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers
Following up on problems until they are resolved
