We are hiring a Virtual Assistant -1+year experienced candidates to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, handling data entry, coordinating tasks, and assisting with communication. You'll be a vital part of keeping the business organized and responsive, working independently while staying aligned with team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize emails, respond to inquiries, and flag important messages
* Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and send reminders
* Calendar scheduling, travel coordination, expense management and Travel arrangements (air, rail, cab, hotel bookings)
* Ensuring prioritization of tasks with administrative accuracy
* Creating, updating, and managing operational documents
* Supporting senior leaders with day-to-day virtual assistance requirements
* Assist with social media scheduling, basic content creation, or updates
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.)
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
* Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative without constant supervision.
* Work Ethic: A strong sense of responsibility, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
