**Full job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns to promote our products/services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and digital content.
- Oversee social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing initiatives and decision-making.
- Assist in managing relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and other marketing partners.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI and key metrics.
- Support the Marketing Manager in budget planning and tracking expenses related to marketing activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis related to marketing activities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
