**1. (EHS) Safety Officer**:
**Qualification = Only B.E Chemical / Mechanical, ADIS.**

**Experience = Not less than 3 yrs of experience in Chemical Manufacturing Industry. ( Statutory Compliances Not required )**

**Job & Role
- Responsibilities**:
1:Follow up of Safety & Quality norms. Reporting of Unsafe Acts, Unsafe Conditions & Near misses. Also records of Accidents **&**Incidents in plant area.

2:Responsible for modification and implementation of work permit system.

3.Responsible for taking follow up all legal requirements and its compliances.

4.Taking plant safety round and rectify the points respectively.

5.Conduct EHS related trainings to all employees by external agency.

6.Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention **measures**

**7.**To prepare training schedule & to carry out trainings as per schedule.

8.Responsible for implementation of risk assessment system of new process or change in existing procedure.

9.Responsible for **all**EHS SOPs review and effectivenes

10.Responsible for implementation of Aspect & impact system.

11.Conduct safety Committee Meeting, formation of safety committee and compliance **of its**points with coordination with management.

12.Management of Hazardous waste

13.To coordinate with Maintenance Dept. for the Preventive Maintenance of the equipment. Monitoring of ETP and ZLD plan

14.Monitor the activities of **security**.

15.Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of Environment, health, and safety PPE selection and evaluation

16.To determine QEHS process specific issues, needs and expectations of interested parties and to monitor the same.

17.Ensure consultation and participation of workers

18.Identify risks, hazards, aspect-impacts and determine action plans to mitigate risks.

19.Take actions on all identified risks, hazards, aspects **&**impacts.

20. Implement all controls determined as **a**result of risks, hazards and aspect-impacts.

21. Eliminate hazards, significant aspects **and**reduce **risks**.

22. Be aware and accordingly implement QEHS SOPS in one's own area of work.

23.**Carryout**production and manufacturing activities under controlled conditions and ensure manufactured product needs specified and customer requirements.

24.Carry out inspection and testing of all incoming raw material, in process inspection and final inspection of manufactured products.

25.Ensure calibration of all monitoring and measuring instruments.

**26.**Be aware of applicable requirements and comply to all legal requirements

27.Define, implement and monitor QEHS objectives.

28.Participate in all nominated QEHS trainings and be aware of the company's QEHS management system.

29.Be aware of all internal and external topics for communication, promote communication and respond to external communications if any.

30.Control all process and department specific documented information.

31.Follow change management process in the event of any QEHS process.

32.Evaluate and select suppliers, outsourced suppliers and contractors.

33.Be aware _of _the EPRP procedures and implement the same in the event of an emergency.

34.To follow all & Implement the QEHS SOP's and procedure in daily working
