Utility Attendant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and cooling towers as per standard procedures.
- Perform daily inspections of utility equipment and log operational parameters.
- Monitor system performance and report any deviations or abnormalities.
- Ensure chemical dosing and water quality in cooling towers as per norms.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks like filter replacement, belt checks, greasing, etc.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain records of temperature, pressure, flow rates, and utility consumption.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support energy-saving and system optimization initiatives.
- Participate in audits, trainings, and emergency drills as required.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Hands-on experience in HVAC and cooling tower operations.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, P&IDs, and log sheets.
- Familiarity with water treatment practices for cooling systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- Experience in industrial or commercial HVAC & utility plant operations.

Understanding of GMP

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
