- Minimum 2 years of experience in the market as a Trainer in Call center.
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic MIS skills (MS Office)
- Develop and manage tracking and reporting on training progress
- Train New Hire Batches on Product and process
- Conduct Refresher training for On-floor associates
- Compiling Training Data and MIS
- Coordination with Operations / Quality
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task with well-developed organizational skills
- Content preparation on Product and process
- Evening Shift
- No Cab No Meal

**Salary**: ₹22,802.80 - ₹33,620.70 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
