Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Process Trainer to join our team in the Domestic BPO sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new hires and existing employees on process knowledge, soft skills, and product/service guidelines, ensuring readiness for live operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct induction and process training for new hires.
  • Develop and deliver training modules based on client requirements and internal standards.
  • Ensure trainees achieve the desired productivity and quality benchmarks during the training phase.
  • Maintain training trackers, attendance, and performance reports.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide refresher training sessions to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure alignment of training with actual process needs.
  • Participate in call audits, coaching, and feedback sessions.
  • Continuously improve training methods and materials based on feedback and performance analysis.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English)
  • In-depth understanding of domestic BPO processes (BFSI)
  • Good interpersonal and coaching abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Analytical and reporting skills

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in a domestic BPO environment
