**Role & responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with all team members in IT department.
- Assign jobs to individuals and monitor progress on regular basis.
- Find out the lags and speed up processes with new technology implementation.
- Understand each project requirement from client, sales team, and execute the process.
- Bring up new innovative ideas to compensate easy workflow, successful & timely completion of projects.
- Prepare performance reports on regular intervals.
- Ensure thorough KT to every team member on time for every new &/ ongoing projects.
- Work in close liaison with all departments.
- Discuss any challenges fairly with concerned persons on time.
- Work as SPOC for IT department team.
- Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department.
- Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards.
- Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance.
- Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies.
- Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results.
- Organize regular seminars and trainings to teach team members new techniques and methods.
- Perform regular IT audit to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them.
- Work alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visions.
- Provide solution to any complex IT related challenges in the organization.
- Perform regular appraisal of team member’s performance and devise strategies to help with improvement.
- Should have some knowledge and experience in PHP.
- Able to manage a team of 10, make MIS reports, track their work and report to manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
