**Role overview**:
Reporting into the Head of UK (based in London) as you will be an important part of the team, supporting the build up and growth of Emeritus’ enterprise business in Europe, which is one of the key strategic geographies for the company.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Support with procurement and payment process through tasks such as coordinating information between client and internal teams, requesting invoices, following with clients on payments
- Support planning of local virtual and in person events such as developing guest lists, coordinating venue and logistics
- Support set up of outreach campaigns by putting together audience lists and campaign templates in CRM
- Schedule and conduct end user interviews for strategic (existing and potential) accounts to incorporate as testimonials
- Manage operational set up of group enrollment requests and work with client success team to monitor new participant activation and participant progression
- Support development of pitch decks, client meetings and follow-up deliverables

**Key skills & qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in a digital / sales admin / ops role
- Proven ability to self organise and work through a process (or in the lack of, set up one)
- Clear and kind communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work through deadlines
- Professionalism and
- Experience with working in a fully remote / digital environment
- Experience with Powerpoint and Excel for main functionalities
- Exposure to Hubspot and Linkedin Sales Navigator
