We are looking for **Coordinator **_for Volunteering Department _who will be responsible for sourcing volunteers, Planning calendar and volunteers session/events, co-ordination with intervention and volunteers.

**Work Experience**: Experience in volunteering locally, Experience in recruiting through various channels, Working knowledge of databases and MS Office (especially Excel),Able to communicate effectively with diverse people, Excellent organizational and team coordination abilities, A pleasant, outgoing personality

**Qualification**: Graduate/ Masters in business administration, Marketing, human resources, social studies or relevant field will be appreciated

**Skill /Abilities**:
Should have Interpersonal skills
- ability to connect with volunteers, beneficiaries and coordinate with intervention, Good Spoken English and writing skills, Experience in documentation.

Ability to communicate proficiently in Hindi and Marathi and a readiness to work out of hours.

Readiness to work in field and community. Travel across Mumbai.

**Role**:

- Collect information on availabilities and skills
- Arrange for appropriate training when needed
- Produce schedules for everyday activities
- Communicate frequently with volunteers to ensure they are satisfied and well-placed
- Disseminate information for upcoming actions and events
- Keep detailed records of volunteers’ information and assignments
- Ensure the purpose of the organization and its actions is clearly communicated

We expect the incumbent to be in the age band of 25-35 with high level of energy and passion.

Office location : Deonar, Mumbai

Work location : Head office and travel to Western, central, harbour lines and Navi Mumbai.

Nature of job : Full time, 8 hours [6 days working]

Salary Range : Competitive

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
