osition Summary

The Bar Man is responsible for preparing, serving, and presenting beverages to guests, ensuring a high standard of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction at all times. This role requires a mix of technical skill, speed, and a friendly personality.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with standard recipes.
- Welcome guests warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations when requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glasses, utensils, and stock.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Handle cash, POS systems, and daily sales reconciliation accurately.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal standards (e.g., age restrictions).
- Assist in creating new drink recipes or promotions when required.
- Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
