Bartender and Mixologist

Position Title: Mixologist

Position Overview:
A mixologist is responsible for creating and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. They possess in-depth knowledge of various cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques, and have the ability to craft unique and innovative drinks. Mixologists work closely with bartenders and other staff to maintain a well-organized and efficient bar operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drink Creation: Develop and craft a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages using fresh ingredients, premium spirits, and creative techniques.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with management to create and update beverage menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current trends to enhance offerings.
- Customer Service: Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, offering recommendations, describing drink options, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Training and Education: Educate staff members on drink recipes, presentation techniques, and proper serving procedures. Stay informed about industry trends and new products.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to coordinate orders and provide seamless service. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
